NHG Polyclinics (NHGP) is part of the primary care arm of the NHG Population Health (NHG PopHealth) under the National Healthcare Group (NHG), the regional health manager for the 1.5 million residents of central and north Singapore.
NHGP provides a comprehensive range of health services for the family, functioning as a one-stop health centre providing treatment for acute medical conditions, management of chronic diseases, women and children health services and dental care. The focus of NHGP's care is on health promotion and disease prevention, early and accurate diagnosis, disease management through physician led team-based care as well as enhancing the capability of Family Medicine through research and teaching.
NHG PopHealth cares for central and north residents with a full range of healthcare services across Primary Care, Community Care, and Population Health Management. Working closely with hospitals, general practitioners, and community partners, PHC joins up health and social care for our residents to keep them healthy and well.
Keen to provide quality customer service to patients and support services at various service touch points in a polyclinic?
As the polyclinic's service ambassador, you will help patients navigate through our healthcare systems by attending to their queries, resolve their challenges, promote and educate health services/programmes. You will provide prompt and excellent frontline services to patients including patients' registration, handing patients' enquiries, appointment scheduling and collection of payments in a fast-paced environment.

- GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' level or NITEC qualification
- Good communication skills in English and a local language/dialect
- Good Team player with a passion for service excellence
- Pleasant disposition, personality and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to commit to work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays
Openings are available in Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Kallang, Geylang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang and upcoming Serangoon polyclinics.
