Job Description:
Develop and implement innovative pastry and bakery recipes with outstanding presentation.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Manage daily pastry operations, including ingredient ordering, stock control, and kitchen supervision.
Lead, train, and inspire junior pastry team members to achieve excellence.
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive and balanced menu.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with HACCP standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a high-end or fast-paced hospitality environment.
Formal education or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert trends.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills.
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
