We are currently hiring for the Pastry Chef position, which will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting our restaurant operations.

Qualifications :
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), preferably Culinary Arts or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar position.
- Skilled in pastry and bakery techniques: dough, cakes, mousse, tarts, dessert plating, puff pastry, croissants, etc.
- Strong knowledge of recipes, food safety, hygiene, and proper baking techniques.
- Creative in developing new pastry and dessert menu variations.
- Able to work with precision, attention to detail, and maintain consistent product quality.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Capable of managing ingredient stock, production planning, and cost control.
- Able to work well in a team and follow established SOPs.
- Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Honest, responsible, and has a strong work ethic.
