Role Overview:
The Partnership & Activation Lead is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, as well as ensuring each collaboration is effectively activated through campaigns, events, and marketing channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute activation strategies for each partnership, both online and offline.
- Manage partnership activations such as events, webinars, campus or community activations, co-branded campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Telemarketing, Sales, Branch teams) to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage activation timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, institutions, malls, vendors.
- Develop partnership proposals that create mutual value, including exposure, leads, and revenue opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner communication and negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
- Stay up to date with market trends and partnership opportunities.
- Propose creative and relevant activation ideas aligned with target audiences (students, professionals, entrepreneurs).
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Partnerships, Marketing, Brand Activation, or Business Development.
- Proven experience managing partnerships end-to-end, from negotiation to execution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing online and offline campaigns or events.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting.
- Experience in education, community marketing, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
