Job Scope:

Overseas Development Executives use their skills and experience to ensure that a company delivers the highest standards of service to overseas partners, aims to maximize customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunity.

Maintaining consistent quality control, standardizing procedures and policies, and establishing expectations of customer service.

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about quotation and operational matters in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer services.

• Attend to enquiries from overseas partners, prepare quotations, and follow up

• Coordinate with overseas partners for their incoming and outgoing shipments

• Reach out to local customers and provide service support

• Understand inbound and outbound process for both SEA and AIR

• Handle problem-solving and coordination related to shipments

• Accurate data entry in reports

• Any other ad hoc task assigned

Requirements:

·       At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·       Good working attitude with positive customer mindset

·       Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·       Good to have at least basic experience in sea/ air shipment procedures

·       Team player with good communication skills

·       Able to work independently with minimum supervision

·       Able to commit for overtime when needed
