We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across our hospitality businesses in restaurant, health & wellness, and sports sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and service standards.
Lead, train, and manage operational teams across departments.
Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and performance.
Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally.
Collaborate with Finance on inventory, purchasing, and expense control.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and supplies.
Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost savings
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the business.
Support pre-opening, expansion, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D4) degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management within hospitality (restaurant, health & wellness, beach club, or sports facility).
Experience in pre-opening or business expansion is a plus.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Hands-on, proactive, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in Bali.
