Responsibilities:

Responsible for customers’ order fulfilment management, execute customer purchase orders and orders to suppliers with meticulous detail and high levels of accuracy 

Display tact and professionalism in handling customer order queries by maintaining customer focus and striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible to achieve a positive customer experience.

Proactively track and monitor customer and supplier open orders to achieve timely fulfilment

Source and arrange inward freight for shipments with cost-optimization in mind

Collaborate closely with the team and multi-departments to optimize processes and improve service quality and ensure smooth running of operations

Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities

Identify business process improvement solutions to achieve effectiveness in order processing operations

Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate

Assist Reporting Manager and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to Reporting Manager when necessary

Requirement:

Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in order fulfilment

Proficient with Windows-based applications (MS Excel and MS Word)

Fluent in English, both oral and written, with good communication skills

Customer-oriented

Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure

Willing to take ownership and demonstrates team spirit

Attention to details, resourceful, and proactive
