• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well in a team

Job Description:

• Prepare cost estimates for residential construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other related costs
• Monitor and ensure construction quality meets the required standards
• Prepare tender documents (drawings, specifications, material MoU) and handle the tender process
• Ensure project expenditures are in line with the approved budget
• Provide regular reports on expenses, project progress, and coordination with related stakeholders
