- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 per bulan
Reqruiment
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing (restaurant/hotel background preferred)
2. Good negotiation and communication skills
3. Strong knowledge of food products and the F&B supply chain
4. Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory systems
5. Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
Job Description
1. Source and purchase food, beverages, and restaurant supplies
2. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
3. Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
4. Ensure product quality and timely deliveries
5. Operating System for tracking inventory levels and coordinating with kitchen & bar teams
6. Monitor market prices
7. Report directly to the Accounting and Restaurant Manager
8. Buy some Product in shop near restaurant
