Lead program orchestration and cross-team coordination across large-scale, multiphase technology deployments, covering POC through full-scale implementation

Oversee end-to-end delivery including onboarding, configuration, and go-live support

Own program governance across scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence

Serve as the primary client-facing interface, providing a clear escalation and coordination point; maintain a structured and predictable engagement rhythm with senior stakeholders

Coordinate multiple project teams across the client and third-party vendors to ensure integrated, on-schedule delivery

Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Manage program budgets, resource planning, and vendor dependencies for optimal cost and delivery efficiency

Implement governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud and financial crime technology initiatives

Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and delivery methodology evolution
