Key Responsibilities

Assessing Damages
Evaluating the extent of damage to vehicles or property involved in insurance claims.

Preparing Repair Estimates
Creating detailed cost estimates for repairs based on the assessed damage. Source for parts to facilitate repairs.

Liaising with Stakeholders
Communicating with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers throughout the claims process.

Managing Claims
Overseeing the entire claims process, including documentation, processing, and reporting. Monitor the development of every claim and policy and ensure compliance to legal requirements and industry regulations.
Perform vehicle QC checks before delivery and support ad hoc duties as assigned.

Ensuring Timely Processing
Ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and within established timelines.

Requirements
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office like Excel. 
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant motor insurance claims experience in automotive industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Work days: 5.5 days work week/alternation

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000
