About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.

Our client is a Home Electronics Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for MES Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the day-to-day stability, availability, and overall performance of the MES and related manufacturing systems.

Manage and maintain MES configurations, master data, and operational workflows to keep production processes running without disruption.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive system enhancements and upgrades to minimize production downtime.

Ensure accurate and real-time data capture across key operational metrics, including OEE, productivity, product quality, and traceability.

Support production teams on the shop floor by resolving MES-related issues promptly and effectively.

Supervise MES technicians and data system engineers, ensuring the team is equipped to handle daily operational demands.

Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through direct shop floor observation and data analysis.

Coordinate with internal IT teams, automation departments, and external vendors to maintain and improve system performance.

Lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelors degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Active business level of English proficiency.

Min. 5 years of working experience in MES with direct experience in supervising or leading teams within the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of how manufacturing floors operate, including production tracking, work order management, quality inspection, traceability, equipment downtime, and OEE monitoring.

Has working knowledge of APIs, web services, and other scripting languages.

Capable of working with relational databases and managing data integration across systems.

Familiar with industrial automation technologies such as PLC, SCADA, IoT sensors, and communication protocols including OPC-UA, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.

Good leadership, strong communication skill, and able to work under pressure.
