Job Description:

As an Ice Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ice machines according to company standards. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform troubleshooting both in the field and at the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Install ice machines at customer sites according to SOP and safety standards.

Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on ice machines.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in ice machines.

Prepare service reports, including parts usage and technical recommendations.

Provide basic machine operation and maintenance guidance to customers.

Coordinate with the after-sales and logistics teams for scheduling service visits.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for use.

Report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to the product development team.

Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE during service tasks.

Be available for emergency service visits when needed.

Job Requirements

General Qualifications:

Maximum 35 years old.

Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician (preferably in industrial or ice machine service).

Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Proficient in using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor application tools, etc.

Be available for emergency service visits when needed.

Willing to work on weekends as required.

Willing to travel out of town for machine installation or repairs.

Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and a strong team player.

Possession of a valid motorcycle (SIM C) or car (SIM A) driving license.

Mandarin dan English Language

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Technical certifications in electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.

Experience handling installation or servicing of industrial production equipment.

Prior work experience with a machinery manufacturing or equipment distribution company.
