Job Responsibilities

Provide professional massage services to casino patrons in accordance with approved techniques and service standards.

Ensure all massage treatments are delivered safely, consistently, and in a manner that enhances the overall patron experience.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the massage area, equipment, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ensure efficient and timely delivery of massage services.

Identify and escalate any patron concerns, service issues, or irregularities to the superior promptly.

Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and internal operating procedures.

Support service improvement initiatives by providing feedback on patron preferences, operational challenges, and areas for enhancement.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.

Minimum secondary school education with a Massage Therapy certification or relevant professional certification.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage patrons professionally and courteously.

Able to perform manual tasks and massage duties for extended periods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
