Responsibilities:
Support product listing and updates across marketplaces, including bulk uploads, stock & price adjustments, and content optimization.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy, smooth order processing, and timely campaign/voucher submissions.
Maintain and update campaign calendars, sales reports, product master data, and related documentation.
Assist in basic data analysis (top sellers, stock-out tracking, promo performance) and help resolve listing or order issues.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and maintain clear SOPs for marketplace operations.
Requirements:
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major, with prior experience in administration or marketplace-related roles preferred.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle data accurately and efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer tools.
Familiarity with general company procedures and specific policies related to administration or retail is a plus.
Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and able to work under deadlines.
Proficient in English.
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
