Job Description

Skills
1. Energetic with outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people to adapt and excel to deliver the Company vision
2. Good team player and interpersonal skills
3. Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and objective whilst demonstrating calm demeanour
4. Social media savvy and kept up to date with brand activations and engagements

PR
1. Sample and Press room management
2. Press of KOLs clippings
3. Packing of samples for loan requests and dissemination to TH and MY
4. Arrange media or KOLs seeding sendouts to Booking in and out of the Marketing Gift Samples

Marketing
1. Event/ Activation Support and liaison with vendors and store activations
2. Support marketing requests from partners on imagery and GWP requests
3. Research and assist to compile all the potential retail events ideas/ options. Competitor Analysis Decks

Admin
1. Adaptation of vouchers and voucher letters for various activations
2. Co-ordination for any activations and engagements
3. Arrangement of any courier requirements for customer/ partner/ press gifting
4. Reminders to WHS Partners on submission of various marketing requirements

Others
1. Collation of upcoming assets required for Christmas push across all markets
2. Briefing in of the assets to portal
3. PR Clippings for AG
4. EDM and SMS Brief Text
5. Contact vendors/ suppliers for quotations
6. Template for EDM/ SMS text
7. SOPs for various proceses
8. Sample booking in and management
9. Marketing Weekly Updates for activation
