We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Young Living Singapore team and support exciting marketing initiatives across promotions, product marketing, events, training, and brand activities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple marketing functions while working closely with local and global stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Coordination

Support the preparation of monthly marketing reports, presentations, and business updates.

Manage and maintain digital marketing assets and libraries to ensure accurate and updated materials.

Coordinate with external vendors for marketing materials, merchandise, and SWAG production.

Product Marketing & Launch Support

Support monthly product launches and limited-time offers by developing launch briefs and coordinating marketing requirements.

Conduct competitor analysis, market reviews, pricing comparisons, and identify product differentiators.

Create marketing collaterals, infographics, and supporting communication materials.

Manage product label updates and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on implementation timelines.

Monitor certification and regulatory requirements and partner with global teams for renewals and compliance updates.

Promotions & Campaign Management

Coordinate monthly promotional activities and product setup across internal systems.

Partner with Operations teams to review inventory and product readiness for promotional campaigns.

Maintain product information, descriptions, and promotional activation schedules to ensure smooth execution.

Training & Event Support

Support training initiatives through marketing materials creation, event coordination, and communication campaigns.

Coordinate training logistics including room setup, product requirements, scheduling, and event platforms.

Create promotional materials for training and engagement activities across digital channels.

What We Are Looking For

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in marketing, product marketing, campaign coordination, events, or related fields is an advantage.
