About the role

This is a full-time Marketing Executive position based in the Orchard Central Region, reporting to the Marketing Manager at Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's recruitment services and attract high-quality candidates.

What you'll be doing

Researching target markets, competitor analysis and identifying new business opportunities

Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email and the company website

Developing engaging content including blog posts, social media updates and marketing collateral

Analysing campaign performance and providing insights to optimise future marketing initiatives

Coordinating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support client acquisition

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and recruitment

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the recruitment/HR industry

Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various platforms

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and channels such as social media, email marketing and SEO

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise marketing performance

Proactive, creative and able to work independently to deliver marketing campaigns

A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
