We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis to provide maternity cover within our dynamic marketing team.

Marketing Communications Specialist (Temporary)

Roles & Responsibilities

Adapt and schedule global social media content for local LinkedIn and Facebook platforms

Manage general enquiry email inbox and ensure timely responses

Handle Facebook enquiries and route them to the appropriate sales personnel

Coordinate and manage projects with external vendors and agencies, including:

Social media agency coordination

Liaising between Product Marketing Managers and design agencies on brochures, factsheets, and marketing collateral while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines

Coordinating regional and local corporate gift order quantities

Reviewing and making minor artwork adjustments for renovation-related materials such as posters and backdrops

Prepare and report monthly Customer Experience Centre visitor statistics

Assist in organizing seminars, meetings, conferences, trade shows, and marketing events

Update product listings on the regional website for product launches and go-live activities

Prepare event write-ups for internal communication platforms

Support external social media postings for events and marketing activities

Attend to ad hoc marketing and administrative requests as assigned

Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Prior experience in a similar marketing communications or coordination role would be advantageous

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms

Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
