Job Description :
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and others)
Support photoshoot and videoshoot activities, including content preparation and on-site coordination
Generate creative ideas to develop engaging and interactive content for social media audiences
Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, including social media traffic, follower growth, ads effectiveness, and overall brand sentiment
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers in line with campaign objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, talents, influencers, and other partners to support content production
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry
Strong understanding of brand communication, content strategy, and social media management
Proven experience in managing KOLs/influencers and community building
Experienced in handling brand photoshoots, including concept preparation, coordination, and execution
Demonstrated ability to lead creative production processes and coordinate with teams
Familiar with AI tools for content creation, research, and data analysis
Strong analytical thinking, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Having a portfolio of campaigns or creative projects is a strong advantage
