A Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by managing showroom, client queries and product introduction, administrative tasks, conducting market research, and assisting with events, marketing collaterals and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
Assist, organize and prepare marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback.
Create and update with engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, collaterals and social media content.
Support marketing team in coordinating projects.
Maintain databases and track marketing performance.
Communicate with clients and build relationships.
Conduct Product & Marketing training & walkthrough (Internal & external)
Maintenance & update of Showroom & products
Manage & Execute Website, medias & Social Media update & strategies
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Adobe illustrator and Canva
Answering of queries
Deliver personalized experience for clients
Requirements
Able to work independently and as a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to speak clearly & confidently
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Photography and videography skills
Creativity and attention to details
A good flair for asethetics & visual
Speak professionally in English
Min Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields
Able to work on Saturdays / Sundays (if necessary)
At least 1 year relevant work experience
