Summary Statement of Job Scope:

Manage and oversee the production of all marketing collaterals for company.

(A) Main Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotions

Play a key role in coordinating promotion mechanics between marketing and operations

Ensure promotions mechanics are submitted and approved by relevant food establishments in a timely manner

Work with the in-house designer to process, package and coordinate the deployment of promotion materials to outlets

Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity

Delivery Platforms and Point of Sales (POS) System

Application and approval of delivery platforms for new outlets/ restaurant opening

Assist in ensuring delivery platforms are functioning and in order - to provide support to the outlet on matters regarding menu as well as hardware status

To execute the deployment of promotions on delivery platforms

Assist in queries from delivery platforms

Setting up of POS system including menu planning and payment integration

Preparing report for sales analysis

Website / Social Media Platform

Coordinate with vendors to update content on the corporate website

Contribute to both creation and deployment of content on social media platforms

Managing queries on social media platforms

Keeping track of online reviews on our brands and competitors activities. 

Set up of new outlets/ restaurant

To coordinate with contractors on signboard, menu, menu board and branding materials

To liaise with landlords on marketing plans

Customer Service and Feedback

Responding to customer feedback from emails and telephones

Consolidate and analyze customer feedback monthly with recommendations and solutions

B) General Duties and Project Assignment

To take on ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Management.

To attend monthly meetings with senior management

Assist in administrative tasks which are department specific

Co-ordinate and provide necessary operations, logistics and marketing support for all events
