Job Responsibilities:

 Marketing & Branding

Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Ensure marketing materials are aligned with company branding guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing collaterals and promotional materials

Support content creation for digital and offline marketing initiatives

Utilize digital and AI tools such as Canva to support marketing content creation and engagement initiatives

Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, product launches, workshops, conferences, and incentive trips

Coordinate event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site support

Prepare event schedules, timelines, and run sheets

Support on-site event operations and ensure smooth event execution

Content & Communications

Assist in preparing marketing content, event materials, and corporate communications

Support social media and digital marketing activities

Coordinate promotional materials and event-related communications

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Liaise with internal departments, vendors, agencies, and external partners

Follow up on project timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Support quotation sourcing and basic cost tracking for marketing and event activities

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or related disciplines

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or event coordination

Experience working with agencies and vendors will be an advantage

Familiarity with Canva, digital marketing platforms, and AI tools will be an advantage
