Marketing & Business Development Executive

Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
Lead and support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
Liaise with clients, prospects, and internal/external stakeholders through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in generating leads and following up with prospective clients
Support sales and partnership initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Develop and maintain referral partnerships and strategic collaborations
Attend networking events, client meetings, and business-related activities when required
Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with potential clients
Support the onboarding and relationship management of new and existing clients
Track and monitor sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and client engagement activities
Assist management in developing strategies to improve client acquisition and retention
Carry out basic administrative tasks such as data management and customer relationship management (CRM)
Create documents, presentations, illustrations, and videos using software/online applications such as Canva
Manage and keep track of MailChimp campaigns and other CRM software
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), and online graphic design platforms such as Canva
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, well-organised, and attentive to details
Ability to craft professional emails and marketing messages
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable interacting with clients and building professional relationships
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and business development processes is an advantage
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
