Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the Engineers / Senior Engineers in the Photo Department to carry out production according to the production plan.
2. Lead the improvement of site working environment and working methods.
3. Supervise the normal operation of affiliated personnel.
4. Use of human resources in class (organize planning, assessment, incentive training).
5. Production discipline maintenance.
6. Ensure the management of WIP.
7. Leading machine utilization and productivity improvement.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline

2.     Minimum 5 years’ experience in Photo Manufacturing (Semiconductor industry)

3.     Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff

4.     Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery

5.     Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI

6.     Highly driven, motivated and resourceful

7.     Strong team player

8.     Good communication skill and good data analytic skill

9.     Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
