About Us

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is a leading national and regional tertiary cancer centre, attending to the majority of cancer cases in Singapore's public healthcare sector. We offer world class oncology care by having the best talent, doing robust clinical and translational research and leading education efforts to improve cancer outcomes. Join us to build a meaningful career and offer patients hope for a cancer-free tomorrow.

About the Role

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will support the department in shaping, developing and operationalizing both NCCS' local and cross-border institutional partnerships strategy. The role combines strategic analysis and planning with end-to-end operational execution, transforming partnerships from coordination-based engagements into a strategic ecosystem that delivers measurable clinical, research, and organizational outcomes. • Manage end-to-end execution of partnership engagements including visits, meetings and joint activities, anticipating risks and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Design and implement partnership operating models, governance frameworks, and KPI dashboards to ensure accountability and business continuity

  • Develop robust business cases for new initiatives and service models, incorporating financial and operational considerations
  • Enable effective senior leadership decision-making by developing decision frameworks and delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations with options and trade-offs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and influence outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or related field; experience in oncology or specialty healthcare settings preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background in healthcare consulting, PMP certification, or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
  • Intellectually curious, independent, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for innovative problem-solving
