THE ROLE: Manager, International Recruitment
Drive enrollment and revenue targets for assigned markets by leading sales efforts and agent management.
Identify and support articulation agreements with institutions to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Build and sustain relationships with recruitment agents and external partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver quality support to prospective students.
Oversee and manage in-country representatives across assigned markets, ensuring accountability to agreed KPIs and recruitment targets.
Coach and direct in-country representatives through regular performance reviews, driving continuous improvement against enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and implement market-specific recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
Manage and train recruitment agents, ensuring adherence to Kaplan's Agent Contract and Code of Conduct.
Identify and establish new articulation agreements with institutions to expand recruitment opportunities.
Collaborate with agents and stakeholders to execute successful promotional events and campaigns.
Track and monitor enrollment progress, providing regular updates and actionable insights to line manager.
Oversee budget management for marketing and travel, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Foster relationships with external partners, such as accommodation providers, to enhance student experiences.
Supervise and guide in-country representatives, setting clear performance expectations and holding them accountable to agreed KPIs and enrollment targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews with in-country representatives, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to sustain recruitment momentum.
Ensure compliance with EduTrust standards and resolve any non-compliance issues proactively.
Qualifications
Minimum a recognized Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Private Education Industry (PEI) or sales.
Familiarity with EduTrust (Criterion 3) and Agent Management System is an added advantage.
Track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in competitive international markets
Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, institutional partners, and students
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Due to the nature of the job where liaising with overseas agents are crucial, proficiency in a second language relevant to assigned markets will be highly desirable.
Other Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
