This is a hands-on, operational role where you will be trained across all core outlet functions before progressively taking on greater ownership and management responsibilities. High performers will have the opportunity to advance into Senior Outlet Manager, Business Development, or Regional Management roles as the company continues to expand. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong outlet performance — driving operational excellence, staff capability, customer experience, and brand consistency across outlets.
Outlet Operations & Execution
Learn and execute all daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, food and beverage preparation, customer service, cleaning, and routine operational checks.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recipes, and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all outlets.
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain service standards during peak and off peak periods. Customer Experience
Deliver excellent customer service, including warm greetings, accurate order taking, efficient service flow, and professional handling of customer feedback or complaints.
Maintain a welcoming and professional outlet environment that reflects the brand’s standards. Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Conduct routine checks on personal hygiene, outlet sanitation, and temperature monitoring. Team Support & Training
Support the onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of new team members and part-time staff.
Reinforce SOP adherence and service standards through hands-on guidance and coaching. Operational Improvement
Proactively identify operational issues or risks (e.g. equipment, manpower, service flow) and escalate them early to management.
Suggest practical improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Ad-hoc Duties
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations and special projects.
