Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of SAFRA’s digital engagement and outreach, amplifying defence advocacy programmes and curated experiences across platforms. Translate programme intent into multi platform digital engagement that extends reach, deepens engagement and sustains defence narratives beyond physical touchpoints.
Develop and execute digital engagement plans supporting defence programmes, campaigns, exhibitions and partnership initiatives.
Translate programme narratives and curated content into campaigns, content series and digital activations.
Plan and manage digital calendars aligned to programme milestones and national defence themes.
Adapt content into digital formats (videos, microsites, storytelling, interactive content).
Design engaging and participatory digital experiences to strengthen awareness, recall and engagement.
Manage digital platforms (app, social, website, automation tools) and coordinate delivery across stakeholders.
Track performance metrics and analyze insights to improve effectiveness and optimize engagement.
Integrate digital outreach with programmes, exhibitions and experiences for coherent multi channel delivery.
Ensure compliance with PDPA, cybersecurity and content governance requirements.
Requirements:
Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing Content Development, Editorial, Film Making, Communications
At least 7 years of work experience and a strong track record in digital marketing, content development (video/articles/podcast etc), planning and executing digital campaigns or platforms, and using performance insights to optimize outcomes
Experience translating programme or content intent into digital outreach across stakeholders and platforms
Familiarity with analytics, content creation workflows and digital tools; transferable experience welcomed where relevance is demonstrated
Strong capability in digital strategy and campaign planning, with expertise in content adaptation and compelling storytelling
Proficient in data analytics and optimization, with effective stakeholder coordination, platform management, and a disciplined approach to governance
