We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations within our property/facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and guarantee all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the MEP team.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and

plumbing systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company

policies.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/suppliers when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MEP supervision, preferably in hospitality, property, or

industrial sectors.

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Engineering/Technical field is

preferred.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies.
