About the role

Your role as a loan officer with us is to manage all loan applications and enquiries.

Key responsibilities

Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options

Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company rules and industry regulations

Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application

Key requirements

Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Comfortable using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel) and learning new software

No finance experience is required—we hire for potential

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM/Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, off day fixed on a weekday
