Job Summary

You will assist customers by recommending suitable lighting solutions, prepare sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sales service while maintaining showroom presentation and liaising with interior designers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally during walk-ins or appointments by introducing lighting products
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions to enhance their spaces
• Prepare accurate sales orders and coordinate timely delivery arrangements
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with interior designers and contractors to support project requirements
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize product displays to create an inviting environment
• Provide basic product knowledge and deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
• Friendly personality with strong customer service attitude
• Sales experience is an advantage
