Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law.

At least 5 years of experience in a related field.

Strong knowledge of general corporate law and corporate licensing and permits.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide basic legal advice and manage legal documentation, including drafting agreements.

Support and manage company legal documents.

Handle the licensing and permit process, including documentation.

Monitor the company’s license & permit database, ensuring validity, and report to the Legal Manager.
