Responsibility

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Law from reputable institution. A master's degree in law is a plus
• Min. 5 years experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role
• Detail oriented and good competencies in Contract Drafting, Legal Analysis and Legal Opinion
• Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate law
• Strong analytical & good communication skills (negotiation skills, explain complex legal issues in a simple way) and interpersonal skill (well organized, pro-active, and able to work both independently or part of team)
• Fluency in business level english both written and spoken would be advantage
• Willing to be placed inCikarang (full on-site)
