Role Summary
Our client seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the development and growth of digital products within a leading real estate platform in Singapore.
This role offers the opportunity to own product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Key Scope:
Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives
Drive product discovery through user research, data insights, and validation
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value
Track and measure product performance using data and analytics
Engage users and stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management
Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
Experience in consumer digital platforms, marketplace ecosystems, or high-traffic applications is highly preferred
Strong product discovery capabilities, including user research, experimentation, and A/B testing
Experience owning product roadmap, backlog prioritisation, and feature delivery from ideation to launch
Strong understanding of user engagement, conversion funnels, retention metrics, and data-driven optimisation
Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or intelligent user experiences would be advantageous!
