Role Description This is a contract role for a Junior Consultant. The Junior Consultant will assist clients by supporting finance, accounting, and tax-related activities through analysis, problem-solving, and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, assisting in bookkeeping, analyzing tax compliance, and supporting virtual CFO services. Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general accounting practices Understanding of tax preparation, compliance, and related regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in financial tools such as spreadsheets and accounting software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and teams effectively Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with adaptable work styles Bachelor's degree in Accounting Experience in financial consulting or advisory services is a plus Knowledge of the Indonesian business and taxation landscape is an advantage
