Job Description:

• Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Conduct monthly stock opname and analyze the results.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock opname analysis reports.
• Analyze stock across all warehouses.
• Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations and monthly cash flow reports.
• Manage petty cash, including recording, disbursing, and reconciling funds.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
• Open to fresh graduates (internship experience is a plus).
• Experience in retail, start-up, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Accurate accounting software is a plus.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
