About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated iValua Consultant to join our digital procurement transformation team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex procurement business requirements and the technical capabilities of the iValua platform. You will play a key part in delivering end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) projects, helping clients optimize their spend, supplier, and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation: Lead or support the full lifecycle of iValua S2P implementations (including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay, and Supplier Management).

Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions aligned with iValua best practices.

System Configuration: Configure core iValua modules, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and permissions to meet specific client needs.

Integration & Data Management: Work on system integrations (API, EAI), data mapping, and data migration between iValua and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Use SQL for data extraction, validation, and building custom reports.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing (unit, system, UAT) and support defect resolution to ensure a seamless go-live.

Client & User Support: Provide user training, create documentation, and offer post-go-live support.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and client teams to track deliverables and ensure timely execution.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in iValua platform configuration and deployment within a consulting or industry environment.

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Catalog Management.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with iValua configuration (workflows, objects, templates, permissions).

Proficiency in SQL for reporting, data validation, and integration support.

Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).

Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.

Certifications: iValua L2 Certification is required; L3 Certification in P2P, INT (Integrations), or SQL is highly preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably completed a minimum of 2 full iValua implementation projects (from requirements to go-live).

Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience with iValua integration to SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

Knowledge of procurement transformation projects across various industries.

Experience in supporting pre-sales activities such as effort estimation or demo creation.
