We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Operator to support our data center operations and ensure the stability of our IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily data center operational tasks, including equipment checks, system monitoring, and routine inspections
Monitor servers, network devices, storage systems, and facility infrastructure (power, cooling, security)
Handle incident management, basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues to higher-level engineers when necessary
Respond to alerts, service requests, and ensure timely resolution within SLA
Support installation, cabling, replacement, and decommissioning of IT hardware
Assist in scheduled maintenance and coordinate system upgrades or changes
Maintain accurate documentation (incident logs, system status, and operational reports)
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and security policies
Support system access management and basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for operational activities
Support backup operations and basic recovery processes
Provide 24/7 operational support on a shift basis
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in IT operations, data center, or technical support
Basic understanding of servers, storage, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Understanding of incident handling and troubleshooting processes
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team
