As the Inventory Planning & Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for optimising our inventory management and distribution processes to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyse sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and plan optimal inventory levels

·      Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory

·      Develop and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and fulfilment

·      Implement inventory control procedures and systems to minimise stock-outs and overstocking

·      Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain consistent product availability

·      Prepare detailed reports on inventory, fulfilment metrics and process improvements

·      Provide support and training to warehouse and distribution teams on inventory management best practices

Job Requirements:

·      Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

·      3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or fulfilment operations

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and modelling

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

·      Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems

·      Knowledge of manufacturing, transport and logistics industry best practices
