Key Responsibility
Develop and manage partnerships with universities, faculties, schools, and international offices
Identify new collaboration opportunities for study tours, outings, short programs, and edutravel initiatives
Act as the main point of contact between the company and university partners
Coordinate program planning, schedules, and requirements with internal teams and partner institutions
Support marketing and outreach activities, including campus visits, education fairs, webinars, and partnership meetings
Assist in preparing partnership proposals, MOUs, and collaboration documents
Monitor partnership marketing performance and provide regular updates and reports
Stay informed about higher education trends, student mobility, and international education policies in focus regions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, university relations, or international education (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience using Google Workspace software and is able to work in hybrid settings
Strong reporting and documentation skills, with the ability to track partnership progress, program performance, and key metrics in a structured and consistent manner
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude — able to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and proactively identify new partnership opportunities
Familiarity with the Asian higher education landscape is a strong advantage
Proficiency in English; additional ASEAN languages are a plus
