We are looking for a driven and proactive Interior Project Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities for commercial interior fit-out and retail renovation projects. We are looking for someone who is confident in client acquisition, networking, project sales, and business development.
Candidates with experience in interior design, commercial fit-out, renovation, construction, or project sales industries will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Actively source and secure new commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, landlords, and business partners
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations
Follow up closely with leads and clients to achieve successful project conversion
Identify market trends and potential business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, project sales, or commercial fit-out industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Comfortable with outdoor sales, networking, and client visits
Able to work independently and develop new business opportunities
Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, retail fit-out, or related industries is an advantage
Existing business network or industry contacts will be a plus
