Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (BMS | Building Automation | ACMV)

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service support

Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams

Support sales activities through effective customer servicing and communication

Prepare quotations, documentation, and related sales support materials

Collect customer feedback and support continuous service improvement

Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to ensure smooth project and customer support activities

Maintain accurate records and timely follow-up on customer requests

Requirements:

Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

1 - 4 years of technical and sales experience in Building Automation will be advantageous

Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience

Candidates with experience in Building Automation, BMS, or ACMV will have an advantage
