Job Responsibilities:

Conduct compliance checks and ensure adherence to the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework, including client surveys, document reviews, mystery shopping exercises, and complaint assessments in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Monitor BSC results, identify recurring gaps or operational issues, and support corrective and preventive actions to improve compliance standards.

Facilitate onboarding and training sessions on the BSC Framework for new employees, while providing guidance to supervisors on audit checks and complaint handling procedures.

Perform independent reviews of customer complaints related to investment sales, ensuring fair assessment and proper resolution processes.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements, internal policies, and system/process enhancements to ensure audit practices remain relevant and compliant.

Support process improvement initiatives by leveraging automation tools, RPA, and AI solutions.

Job Requirements:

Degree with minimum of 3 years of sales compliance experience in the banking sector.

Good level of knowledge of the regulations governing the sale of investment products to retail customers (egs. Financial Advisory Act, MAS Guidelines on Fair Dealing).

Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Great computer skills (egs. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, programming skills)

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
