About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ICT Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team at Pineapple Premier School in Medan Helvetia, North Sumatra. As an ICT Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and innovative technology-based lessons to our students. What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, technology-integrated lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy skills in primary school students

Implement the school's ICT curriculum and ensure that students are meeting learning objectives

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to develop their ICT skills and knowledge

Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology across the curriculum and share best practices

Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback to parents

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational technology trends and pedagogical approaches

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 1 years of experience teaching ICT or technology-related subjects in a primary school setting

Strong knowledge of educational technology, including hardware, software, and digital learning resources

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners

Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Proficiency in using a variety of educational technology tools, such as interactive whiteboards, coding software, and educational apps

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in educational technology
