We are an exciting new steakhouse restaurant preparing for our grand opening in Pererenan, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the Human Resource position, which will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting our restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all restaurant positions.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with operational needs.

- Maintain employee records, including attendance, contracts, and personal data.

- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits.

- Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth communication.

- Organize training and development programs for employees.

- Address employee grievances, workplace discipline, and offboarding procedures.

- Support internal activities that promote team engagement and morale.

Qualifications

- Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in F&B or hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- High integrity, detail-oriented, and strong administrative skills.

- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
