About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HRD-GA professional to join our growing startup team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our people operations and office management — handling everything from recruitment and employee relations to facility management and vendor coordination. Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR records
• Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
• Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan registration and monthly reporting
• Draft and update company regulations, employment agreements, and HR policies
• Conduct performance review processes and coordinate employee development programs
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
General Affairs
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain a comfortable, productive work environment
• Manage office asset inventory, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Handle vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate building management, utilities (electricity, water, internet), and office security
• Manage company permits, licenses, and legal compliance documents
• Liaise with external parties including government agencies, building management, and suppliers
• Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics for company events
Qualifications
Education
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law
• Psychology or Management background is preferred
Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or General Affairs roles
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
• Proven track record in handling BPJS, payroll administration, and labor compliance
• Experience managing vendors, office procurement, or facility operations is a plus
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Able to draft employment contracts, company regulations (PP/PKB), and official correspondence
• Basic knowledge of business permit management (OSS system) is an advantage
Soft Skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
