About the role

As a Human Capital Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our human resource processes, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support our strategic objectives.

This full-time position will be based in our office in Gading Serpong, and you will report directly to the General Manager.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing human resource policies, procedures and best practices to support the organisation's goals

Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding of employees

Managing employee records, including payroll

Identifying training and development needs, and designing and delivering relevant programmes

Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and wellbeing

Monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the Hotels & Generalist HR industry

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights

Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
