Job Desc:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and other compensation-related activities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee daily office & restaurant operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and documentation related to general affairs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Understanding of labor laws and general administrative procedures.
