About The Company:

The working venue is in Karawang.

Our client is an Japanese Chemical Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Manager .

Job Responsibilities:

Handle all HR & GA functions independently, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and daily operations

Manage payroll administration, attendance, leave management, BPJS, employment contracts, and employee database updates

Handle employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and HR policy implementation

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring processes

Manage training, employee development, and performance evaluation processes

Handle government-related matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Manage General Affairs functions including office administration, facility management, company assets, office supplies, vendor management, and company vehicles

Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, government institutions, and service providers

Prepare HRGA reports and support management with administrative tasks

Perform other HRGA-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Stable career is mandatory

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position within the FMCG industry

Strong knowledge of all HRGA functions, including manpower planning, training & development, employee evaluation, labor relations, permits/licenses, and HR budgeting & cost control

Experience handling industrial relations for more than 500 employees

Experience handling and negotiating with outsourcing companies or third-party vendors

Experience handling labor union matters

BNSP certification as an HR Manager

Stable work history with long-term experience in one company (demonstrating commitment and consistency)
